LOS ANGELES — USC and Sprouts Farmers Market have announced a long-term commitment to sponsorship specifically for women’s athletics through partnerships with USC and the Pac-12 conference, as well as other individual partnership agreements.
“USC Athletics is very proud of the rich tradition of excellence in our Troy women’s athletic programs,” she said Joyce Bell Limbrick, Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator of USC. “The Women of Troy have won 36 national team and 118 individual national championships and continue to excel in the classroom and beyond. As we celebrate and recognize the 50th anniversary of Title IX, USC Athletics is excited to partner with Sprouts Farmers Market to enhance and enhance our commitment to support our student-athletes and athletic programs.”
In addition to its investment in these partnerships, Sprouts will also support 50 Individual Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Agreements with female athletes from multiple schools across the Pac-12.

The latest announcement coincides with June 23, the 50th anniversary of Title IX, which bans sex discrimination in schools and educational programs.

In January 2022, the NCAA began its 50th anniversary celebrations of Title IX and will continue to honor the historic landmark law throughout 2022 and into 2023.
